As founder, I want you to find peace and balance in your world of chaos. I teach you various tools that day by day help me improve my quality of life focused on the world of holistic well-being and health through some knowledge acquired in the world of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Through years of constant training it is impossible for me to say what defines me the most, I do not have a specific style, I move between polarities for my YOGA is that connection with everything, so I simply flow and feel my heart on the mat.

He firmly believes that yoga is much more than just asanas. Therefore, he always starts his Hatha Vinyasa class with a short philosophical talk on various yoga-related topics, which he takes over and over again during the yoga class. Combined with its unique humor, exciting Hindu myths, exact cues and precise assistance, in the end not only are the muscles comprehensively trained and the whole body relaxed, but the mind is also inspired.

 

Hatha Vinyasa RYT 500, 60 hours of yoga philosophy, 60 hours of yoga therapy, 40 hours of Ayurveda course and learning more and more every day. Alina is a Shadow Yoga practitioner.

Hatha Yoga & Mindfulness (ING/ESP))

Hatha Yoga practices with Borja are a unique and individual life experience that offers the opportunity to establish everything necessary to connect with the Being through presence, moving through the present moment, the only one that exists. We begin the practice by reaching the Here and Now through breathing techniques with Pranayamas, activating the nervous system and practicing concentration. Breathing plays an important role in being our guide throughout the Asana practice. The Asanas in Hatha Yoga are classic postures that alternate between strength and flexibility maintained for at least 8 breaths, giving space to find the correct alignment and integration of everything that is an Asana. Hatha Yoga is perfect for beginners, but also for all kinds of levels and ages, since different variables are offered during practice. The objective of Asanas in practices is to find balance between Mind, Body and Soul. At the end of the practice we will find ourselves in a state of meditative stillness, perfect for going within and connecting with our Being. Fostering inner Peace and Love for the present moment is my passion and I share it through the practice of Yoga both inside and outside the mat.

I am a very curious person who needs movement and physical exercise to feel good. I have always liked dancing, traveling, concerts and deep conversations.

I love taking care of my well-being and spreading the word about it, through yoga, healthy habits and conscious cosmetics.

Yoga and meditation center and calm me, so they are key in my life and I love teaching them.

I am from Bilbao and have lived in Zurich since 2016.

I did my 200hr in Bali in 2020 and my 300hr in 2023 in India in Hatha Yoga. I also trained in Hatha Tantra Yoga 50hr at The Practice Bali with Octavio Salvado and in Pranayamas 25hr. I continue my training on yoga and Ayurveda topics.
